My husband and I had been referred to Crystal Coast Interiors to update our 2003 Viking. Patricia came to meet us at the boat ( a good 2.5 hours from her office location). We loved her enthusiasm and attitude right away. She wanted to know about us, what we liked, what we envisioned, and then had a ton of sample fabrics and books to look at. We originally wanted to update the cornices and window coverings, redo a backsplash, and replace the carpet. We ended up having the sofa and dinette redone as well. We are so thrilled with everything, not to mention the above and beyond service we received. Patricia even went out of her way to get us help when we had some electrical issues while fishing the Big Rock tournament last summer. She has become not just another business contact, but a true friend. I’m also having her measure all of our bedding for custom comforters and sheets. My husband and I recently purchased a 65 ft sailboat that is close to 50 years old. The interior was very outdated and not our style. We shopped around but, when we met Amy at CCI, we knew immediately we wanted to work with her on all our interior design needs. The project included new mattresses in all cabins, complete salon upgrade, flooring throughout the vessel, and now brainstorming other possibilities! A friend recommended Crystal Coast Interiors to me after Hurricane Dorian flooded our home and ruined some old family pieces. I just could not part with them so I called CCI. They were super responsive and friendly and even sent me a few links to look over fabric ideas. We live on Ocracoke, so a trip to the warehouse takes all day. The first trip I dropped off 2 old pieces to be recovered and spent a couple of hours with Amy - she was absolutely fabulous. It was like she was reading my mind. I had ideas of colors and fabrics in my head, so I knew I would know the right fabric when I saw it, but Amy was able to pull that out and make it happen. Dan did a fabulous job recovering a chair that was over 150 years old or more, and they even found someone nearby that could repair the broken back. The chairs are gorgeous, and I have another piece with them now being recovered. Once I can get our dining chairs out of the storage container, they will be recovering all 10 of those for us too! The staff is super friendly and so responsive – I couldn’t have asked for a better group to work with or a better overall experience.
